Have built electric and LP furnace's for melting aluminum, copper, and brass, also have built a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine. Have a good knowledge of and repair of HVAC, electronics, computers, machinery, welding, casting of metals, aircraft mechanic, repaired commercial kitchen equipment [worked with LP, natural gas, steam, electrical and everything in between]. Built a 24' band sawmill, for 28" diameter logs, trailers, trailer-ed BBQ pit reverse flow smokers, very bright LED under-cabinet lighting systems, custom truck racks and rebuilt a few Jeeps from the ground up. Have many certifications, not bragging I've just been around a while. Always wanting to gain more knowledge.

Miller Trailblazer 302 muffler build completed. Cleared code 0131.
ECU code 0131 cleared, and TPS reset. O² "sensor replaced. Kohler engine runs great and now drops to idle RPM the way it should.

A new replacement muffler was not available, so my only option was to build a new muffler for my customers welder Kohler EFI engine.

Guys, if u have an EFI engine running badly at high rpm and ur seeing a code 0131, bad O² sensor, off the MIL, check to see if the muffler is cracked What happens here is with a cracked muffler, the cracks are letting heat escape and, in severe cases, let oxygen in. When this happens, the O² "sensor is not reading the fuel/air combustion (exhaust) in the muffler correctly and sends a false sign...

Yes, they did for a short time, actually its almost identical to a V twin Subaru. I've enterchanged parts to some extent.
What kind of glue did you use. I m trying to stick neodymium magnets to the aluminium rotor of mu scooter.

Did you ever get it fixed? Ive got a 302 with the Kohler command and have been struggling with the idle Solenoid . But this was because of head gasket issues from overheating😮.

Same motor, 400 hours, got water in the piston, seized rings, trying to break it free, holding fluid still. Will wait over night, hopefully I can break it free, if I can’t this is the next step. Thanks for the vid
How did you make them? Are they 3d printed?
Not 3 D printed. I made them out of electric motor through bolts that hold the case together. Ground the bolt heads to fit the inside lip of the lifters. Braised the pivot points and curled the hand end.
I did metal spinning as a job for about 6 years and 99.% of was done without rollers or special tools. A roller was used only used on very large and heavy gauge jobs.

Where does one begin if they want to learn how to rewind a stator? I can’t find much because it seems cheaper to just buy another stator than get it rewinded. Problem with that is the stator is discontinued.
This is a lengthy and time-consuming process to rewind a stator. There is more to it than meets the eye. I made a documented map of each wind of magnet wire I removed as I was unwinding the stator. I did not cut the windings or magnet wire at all. This way, I could measure the lengths of each winding I removed to go back with the same lengths I took out. There is no book to learn from. I unwound each numbered segment in its order dictated by the wire as I was unwinding the stator and documented each wind. As each complete winding was removed, I started a new document. Once all the windings were removed, I started the rewind process in reverse order using the documents I made. It all worked, but it is very tedious work, to say the least.

Sir how can I get a hold of you I’ve been looking up all day about how to plug in an idle control box onto my miller bobcat 225 nt onan but the pull box comes from a miller bobcat nt 225 kohler and I think the kohler is 5 pin pull idle and the onan might be 4 pin idle and I can’t seem to figure it out it keeps busting the fuse that is connected to A6 and this is the closest thing I’ve gotten to some help but I would love to get in touch with you.

It depends on if u do the work urself or if u pay a motor rewind shop to do it.
I'm looking at buying a bobcat 225 with a burnt up stator. I can take the stator off, but I'm just trying to get a good round about price on rewinding it

That is super cool. My boy swapped out his harley pipes an i took his old-new... new-old... the ones he didnt want an butched them on my old bobcat. Its sounds like straight open pipes an looks cooler than old roadkill.

Would you be able to advise why Del 200 same PC 1 board, mine wont drop to idle when in weld mode, regardless of auto idle switch position, it will drop revs when in power mode, from a previous repair scr’s 50 & 51 changed out, zener diode changed, capacitors C51 &52 and it was working fine until it was welding one day, I have a capacitor C53 on route home to try replacing it, all switched have been cleaned and tested, for some reason 12v is being applied to the solenoid at all times in weld mode, thanks

One thing u might need to consider is that the charging system that the Predator engine has is not sufficient to charge the battery and run the welder generator both.

I have the exact same Miller and i changed the plunger solenoid and the switch on mine. The auto idle on/off switch still doesnt work and also when i switch from power to weld, it will idle up SOMETIMES but stays up only for about 5 seconds, even under load of weld or running grinder on that 110v receptacle. Do you know why its doing that? Maybe the panel board needs diodes changed? I dont know anything about the board other than everything looks to be plugged in to where its supposed to be. The 120v 30A receptacle works great
Is there a white chalky residue on the diodes? If so, they will need to be changed. They are polarity sensitive.
